Pie - Ongoing Medical Care
Meet Pie, a tiny 9-week-old Doberman puppy who came to us battling parvovirus—a highly contagious and often deadly disease. After an intensive hospital stay where she received IV fluids, glucose support, and medications to protect her digestive system, Pie was finally stable enough to be transferred into DDR’s care. But her journey isn’t over yet. Pie will need continued medical treatment and close monitoring before she’s strong enough to be adopted.
So far, Pie’s medical care has already exceeded $4,000, and she will continue to need regular vetting and checkups on top of that.
