Meet Rupert, a happy, outgoing Dobe who’s always ready for fun! He is a young high-energy male Dobe and would thrive in a home that can provide him with regular activity and engagement. He especially enjoys playtime and gets very excited when visitors come over — he just can’t wait to join in on the fun! He already knows sit and stay but he would benefit from continued work on his leash manners and overall training. He’s a smart dog who needs consistent guidance to help him be his best self.
He loves to chew and will need appropriate chew toys to keep him busy. He's an excitable boy, especially around small children - so he would do best in a home without small children and with experienced dog owners who can continue his training. He may do well with female dogs, though his behavior around other dogs is still unknown.
